Karla Beatriz Alatriste Martínez

Karla Beatriz is a lawyer specializing in copyright, entertainment law and industrial property, currently a partner at GLZ Abogados.

She began her career as an associate at Uhthoff, Gomez Vega & Uhthoff, S.C., where she excelled in copyright and corporate law for more than a decade.

In 2020, she joined GLZ Abogados as a partner in the Intellectual Property area, advising companies on protection strategies for new creations, distinctive signs and literary and artistic works.

Karla Beatriz is also a professor at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Estado de México, and has contributed articles to specialized journals on Intellectual Property.

She is recognized for her ability to negotiate agreements with Collective Management Companies and for her experience in procedures before the National Institute of Copyright, consolidating herself as an expert in intellectual property in Mexico.
