CFCRL seeks to update its registration platform and findings from the panel “The New Work Model”

The Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration (CFCRL) will present its version 2.0 of the registration platform in 8 months; this, as part of the adjustments they will make for requests for new contracts or the records of union representation, seeking to be efficient and ready in the shortest possible time.

It was commented by the staff of the director general of the CFCRL that last year there was a peak in demand for requests for certificates, after the deadline for the legalization of contracts expired, as they were overcome by the demand for Certificates of Representativeness.

In the panel “The New Labor Model, In the Voice of Its Protagonists”, proposals and plans for the improvement of labor legislation were discussed, pointing out as a first step to make an objective, calm and measured diagnosis of what to do; either changing laws, but also committing sufficient budget to make it work.

Likewise, in the second instance, an exhaustive review of labor laws is planned both in the justice system to propose reforms.

In the above-mentioned panel, the issue of making the “Cemex Law” a reality, which seeks to eliminate anti-union activities, was touched on and plans are planning to add it to the T-MEC, because minority unions must have their rights recognized, even if you have more than 10% of the support of your colleagues.

It was also proposed to have a single justice and conciliation system, seeking to have a single policy in the country on the issue of workers.

Finally, in that panel it was mentioned that there are procedures that are obsolete and need to be reviewed, so greater training will be necessary for all actors in the world of work.

Hoping that this information will be useful, we are at your disposal for any questions or clarifications in this regard.
